Family Registration

The sign-up deadline for all participants is November 1, 2021. Sign-ups received between November 2-15 will be placed on a wait list. 

Please use the form below to register up to six children. If you need to register more children please call the Family Resource Center at (707)-469-6608 Monday-Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Please leave a message and someone will call you back.

You will receive a call in early December if your child/children have been sponsored and you will be provided information on date and time to pick up your gift(s). This year families will be served on a first come, first served basis and there is no guarantee that a sponsor will be available for all. 

Requirements for new participants or those who did not participate in 2019 or 2020:

  • Vacaville Resident – utility bill in name of person signing up

  • Picture ID for adult signing up children

  • Kids newborn-17 (must be 17 on 12/25/21) Own children/legal custody

  • Low Income – submit all monthly income source(s) and amount


Returning families will not need to provide documentation again this year.

NEW THIS YEAR - Gifts or Gift Card: Each child can request 2 wishes and a contingency gift card. As long as COVID restrictions allow, children will receive 1 or 2 gifts.


If COVID restrictions return we will not distribute gifts - children will receive the contingency gift card only.
